I never leave a review, but will this time because we had such a nice experience. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Very friendly and always helpful. The restaurants and food selection was very good and I truly enjoyed the fresh food and fruits. Antonia and her husband worked at the restaurant and gave us special treatment when we were able to sit at one of the tables they hosted. The manager Mrs. Panagiota and her colleague Popi were super helpful the last day and let us stay in our room longer since our flight was in the evening. The spa was also very nice and the massage therapist Vivian was amazing. The fitness program and program for kids/teenagers were also fantastic. The beach was very nice and super clean. The restaurant at the beach was fantastic. The shows in the eventing were a lot of fun! We so enjoyed our stay and would love to go back next year!

Great facilities, excellent food selection, location and plenty of pools to enjoy. Lovely beaches, great entertainment! I would like to focus on the best part Labranda Kiotari presented. Human resources, the most valuable asset of a hotel. Moreover, I can't write a complete review unless I mention specifically some people. Especially manager Mr. Kyriakos V******kas who being presented with a couple of issues in our family room, went immediately above and beyond his everyday schedule and solved them in the best way possible. Instantly, he even came to the room personally to check everything himself. This is the true spirit of hospitality and it was a true charm to have this kind of treatment. In the food court, Mrs Smaro Z***ou, the hostess, was the kindest and most valuable service hostess that only high caliber 5 star hotels present in our stays around the globe. Welcoming, truly asking how to accommodate a family in the most convenient location in a busy restaurant (not the easiest job among hundreds of hungry people), always with a smile and the best solution in hand! Thanks for making our stay an unforgettable experience, will surely comeback soon!

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.

Great resort for a family vacation! The best was the private pool, which our boys immensely enjoyed! The seaside/ocean beach was also nearby whenever we wanted:-) Great and pleasant staff, good food and a calm atmosphere. Perfect place for our yearly rest and relaxation! Highly recommendable!
