Great price/quality ratio. Staff extremely kind, supportive and friendly. We took half board, and both the breakfast and the dinner were great, tasty food, wide assortments to choose from, probably something for everyone. There are three big swimming pools and few kids' pools on the property, own beach with free access to sunbeds and towels. The place is very clean and well maintained. Chania is at 30 minutes bus ride. We will come back over the next years; till now we went four times in Chania area, second time to Platanias.

Breakfast was super, lot of varieties. Many kind of healthy options and warm dishes. Staff was lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to All inclusive, even though we paid only for breakfast. All inclusive was also insanely good! So many different courses and styles of food. Also many sports and entertainment options available every day. Many different swimming pools for children and adults and also pool towels including. We loved the hotel garden! Hotel was very clean and well maintained.

+ We were given a free upgrade to a lovely, big room with 2 balconies, overlooking the pool :) + The staff was super friendly and welcoming. + It wasn’t very crowded. + Even though the hotel wasn’t fully booked, the buffet was fully stocked with ample choices (breakfast as well as diner). + Free parking next to the hotel. + Vouchers for free sunbed rental at beach.

First of all our room was upgraded. It’s connected to the beach so you can choose the pool or the sea. The breakfast area is lovely next to the pool or the roof terrace which over looks the beach, it’s a nice way to start off the day. It’s just off the Main Street but is so quiet. The staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned every day - which you can also opt out of. There’s two different pools on each side of the complex. Plenty of sun beds. Little shop on site. My girlfriend had a cake delivered to our room on her birthday which made her day (thank you)! It was just what we needed!

The resort was like paradise. From the friendly and welcoming staff to the events team who work tirelessly to look after the kids. The pool was clean and huge, plus there were lots of other activities to stay busy. The food changed daily so we never got bored, maybe a bit fatter than when we arrived tbh The bungalow with a pool we were upgraded to made our holiday holiday extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.
