The staff were amazing, always very welcoming and very helpful and cheery and knew us by name. Check in isn't until 3pm but we were there before 2 and the staff were very kind to allow us to check in early. The food in the restaurant is some of the best food we had in Bali . The pool is very relaxing and beautiful, the breakfast is very delicious and filling and there's a great variety. The view from the room was insanely gorgeous and being able to see the sunrise every morning from our balcony was just spectacular. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The resort is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's what we wanted and it's the perfect escape away from the busy city.

New Sunari Lovina, the hotel and grounds are immaculate. The rooms were cleaned every day. Above all else The staff are so happy and friendly which really makes it pleasure to stay at this hotel. It is a 10 out of 10 for us . A special mention to panya and gede who are a great asset to there employer . We loved our stay.

We spend a very nice week in The HAMSA. Staff is very nice with the residents, they do all the best for you ! Food is perfect 😝 We wanted to thank you all !! Thanks to Stephan too (the owner). Scooter for rent in the hotel, 10 minutes to go downside, perfect place to relax and be near everything (waterfalls, center, Lovina beach). If you want to visit north of Bali, stay here ! 😊
