the secluded location in tabanan gives off a sense of tranquility since our arrival, especially coming from desa potato head which is more mainstream and vibrant. we stayed at canopy suite and thankfully to the occasion arrangement we were told that our suite had the best viewing angles overlooking the waterfall and sunset, which was true! it was very peaceful to have meals in the restaurant listening to the sound of waterfall and birds chirping, needless to say the traditional food (beef murtabak, nasi and mi goreng) was just 100/100. the cinema was also something we really enjoyed, which serves a neverending movie list! the yoga class was great, so as the 24-hour gym! the staff by the pool was very friendly and offered us icy water, dried food crisps, and fruity icy pops! lastly the location was close to two local beaches, we biked there and had a wonderful time enjoying the sunsets!

Beautiful setting. Well laid out cabins. Excellent restaurant area. Pools and hot tub were all good. Staff were very friendly and helpful with good English.

Beach is okay, we weren't able to swim as the waves are big and water current is strong but it still gives us a perfect view while having a very well prepared and healthy breakfast. The room, what more I can say, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel restaurants has never disappointed us, the food is so good, healthy and yummy, it gives me excitement what to order on our next meal. We would go back definitely.

if you are planning to come to Bali, I am telling you to come to Sahaja Sarah Resort!! This place is truly your own little paradise and I truly mean it too- from the rooms to the service to the food to the staff working there, everything meets your expectations and beyond !! They were all super friendly when we arrived and toured us around our own little villa and were the kindest people ever. The rooms are immaculate and clean with little unique touches to all of them as well as the decorations you can ask them to do for any celebrations you have. The room service and staff are all superb and courteous with very good English so there is no language barrier! Within the week that we stayed there, Sahaja helped us in everything imaginable from any room service we wanted to day trips to Ubud where they arrange the car and guide as well as the Spa and other activities they have going on. The resort simply has everything you may need with the restaurant being superb (12/10!!) and a little shop that has essentials, holiday gifts as well as some snacks. The restaurant has so much choice in terms of different cultures from western to Asian food and all was cooked to perfection and there is simply so much choice, you won’t get bored. On a side note, they offer transport from the airport to the resort and vice versa which is much more effective than using a normal taxi. Although the drive is a considerable amount of time ranging from 1-2 hours depending on traffic But I truly think the staff are what makes this place so so special and they are simply the kindest and friendliest people ever who are so attentive and alert! It wouldn’t have been the same without them and soon you find that they are more like friends to you !!

Absolutely amazing place that leaves an impression on you right away. I was here in early February (off the tourist season) and I must say that this place is perfect for calming down, ideal for practicing yoga, and generally just for relaxation. It's 100% something different than Canggu, Ubud, and other tourist centers (although I like those too :D:D:D). I think if someone wants to experience what Bali was like before (based on what locals say :D:D:D) - I definitely recommend going here. After all, I even rode a bike here, which is becoming increasingly rare in Bali! :D:D:D

Amazing experience in this beautiful and scenic bamboo deluxe bungalow! The views are incredible, the food is outstanding and the whole team can’t do enough to make your stay a trip of a lifetime! Make time to have a massage and try the black bean stew 😋

The vibe is great! kayaks available to take to the lake & the tents were a great experience. It’s colder than everywhere else in Bali so take a hoodie/ jacket.
