The location is very nice. It is outside of the town, nested in a big garden. The walk to the train station is lovely. The room was comfortable, it had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and the breakfast - buffet - has all you can hope for.

Its 15 minutes away from venice city. Super markets are nearby. The service was good. Specifically we liked the shuttle service to venice city which cost me 2.50 euro per person one way.

The main thing is a clean fresh bed and a clean bathroom with all the amenities. Breakfast is good: eggs, buns, coffee, cereals, biscuits - enough for a snack. The staff are friendly, ready to answer any questions. A major plus is the 24 hour reception, they checked in at 5am. There is a bus stop next to the hotel where you can take a direct bus to the island (about 20 minutes away) and a return bus that stops near the hotel.
