Situated in Montecarlo, 14 km from Montecatini Train Station, Buonamico Wine Resort features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Among the facilities at this property are room service and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Some rooms at the property have a balcony with pool view.

Such a lovely small, intimate resort with only 11 rooms. The grounds are gorgeous and the space is so relaxing. Rooms are large and luxurious with a great breakfast served each morning in the rooms at a time requested by guests, we had two rooms and were able to eat together in the larger room. The outdoor patio off the room and large sliding glass door offering a view of the vineyard was lovely. Our stay exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend.

You get the feeling that it’s a nice restaurant, a nice wine yard with nice wine shop (they have truly nice sparkling wine), but it is never suppose to be a B&B and it’s definitely not a resort (the only “resorty” thing in this hotel is the pool basket).

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. We felt in the heart of the very famous wine region outside Lucca. The resort is a short walk to Montecarlo and we wanted to spend time there.

The resort was breathtaking. There were such great views and was really nicely decorated. The restaurant was the best food we have had on our 2 weeks travelling Italy and the wine tasting was reasonable and enjoyable. The swimming pool overlooks the vineyards too which was lovely!

It's a beautiful and quiet location. The room was spacious and worked really well for our toddler, as the curtains were blackout and the room was well soundproofed. The breakfast served in the room was such luxury! The pool was immaculately clean and never busy. The food in the restaurant was wonderful too! Really hope to be back for another visit in the near future.

You can really tell that they invested in the resort. We got an upgrade to the Junior Executive room. It was large with a very nice bathroom. The wines in the mini bar are of course of their own making and are nicely priced to try on your own terrace outside. Huge beds which slept wonderful and breakfast in the morning was delivered on a trolley to your room. And I highly recommend the wine tour!
