Amazing to be able to stay in Passo Sella overnight once all the hordes of tourists have left for the day and just enjoy the peacefulness and the amazing views. Spa facilities with hot and cold water features were much appreciated after a long day of hiking. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Room was very spacious with a minimalist design. Best of all the staff - I left my watch in the pocket of my robe and didn't realize until the next day after we'd left. Carlotta at the front desk helped arrange for it to be picked up by Fedex and shipped home to me in Canada so I was very happy.

Simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. I never review places in this much detail, but by god I feel like I'm doing a disservice if I don't. My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a few nights in the newer Deluxe Junior Suite room, which sure, comes with a price tag; But it was worth Every. Single. Cent. The view is actually (somehow) better than the glimpse you get against the room selection, but you can use your imagination based on the other pics available. The pool and outdoor areas are also more stunning in real life than the images suggest. It's a spectacular corner of the world. The Deluxe Junior Suite was amazing, with everything thought of down to the smallest detail (like amazing fruit/treats everyday). The in room sauna and hot tub on the balcony were phenomenal. Extremely comfy bed, walk in closet, bathrobes etc. Spacious lounge, huge bathroom, massive balcony. We originally planned to see the area, but ended up (bar a few quick outings) staying in the hotel for our entire 3 night stay. If you want to lay around and relax, the pool, deck or spa options are a plenty. Pay for the halfboard, it is very much worth it for the price. The food in general was amazing, with dinner being a 4 course fine dining experience plus a massive (and fantastic) selection of entree foods from a buffet. The breakfast was similarly amazing, with every option you could possibly want. In general the facilities were extremely impressive, like the bar and live pianist at night, and the staff were very attentive and quite literally amazing. I'm not one to walk around in a robe for a few days, but damn this place made it comfortable. We'll certainly be back, even if I have to sell a kidney to get the same room.
