The moment I stepped into Malabar Hill Hotel, I felt an overwhelming sense of serenity. Nestled amidst nature, it’s the perfect place for those seeking a calming retreat from the hustle and bustle. The spacious rooms exude warmth, and each is spotlessly clean, offering cozy comforts that make you feel right at home. But what took my breath away was the balcony view. Imagine waking up to the chirping of birds, an expansive forest that stretches as far as the eye can see, with the azure sky above and a tantalizing glimpse of the ocean in the distance. And the pool? Simply a dreamy oasis. At their restaurant, each dish is a culinary masterpiece, with flavors so authentic, you can taste the richness of every spice. A little tip: if you prefer milder flavors, do request them to tone down the spices. My stay was made even more memorable by the trips we took. The Galla Fort exudes historical charm, the tea trip was an enlightening journey into the world of tea-making, and the Kollaghan Lake was a visual feast with its picturesque islands, lively birds, playful monkeys, and yes, we even spotted a crocodile! You are just a few steps from the beach which we looved during our stay! The location is great. You can get a good sleep during the night, it was very quiet and peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend, I wish we booked more than one night :)

Well located hotel just outside Weligama surrounded by beautiful nature. Good food, helpful staff and newly built facilities. Will definitely plan a visit next time I'm in Sri Lanka.
