Amazing water villa with great view and private pool. Very calm and great atmosphere in overall. The buffet is also very good, with a lot of choice and fresh products. We have been welcomed by a great team that has treated us wonderfully during the whole stay. And always with the smile! We also experienced fun activities included in the package (sunset phishing, kayaking,…). There are also fun moments organized by the restort, such as pool party and live concert. Service was impeccable. Everyone you meet are friendly but never intrusive; staff knows you by name and after the first day are able to discern your likes and dislikes. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The Recreation Director, Nazeer, was very attentive and even took us round his village himself! We had a water villa on the sunset side and the views were spectacular. Food was faultless. Outstanding all round.

From the food, to the facilities, to the location, the view and the people, everything was absolutely perfect! All those working at the resort made sure to greet you, hello, good morning, afternoon and asking how you are. On our short 5 nights at Dhonveli we made some great friends, to name a few we had Hassaan who greeted us upon arrival, took myself and my mother on a private tour around the local island Huraa and generally just did everything he could for us throughout (including arranging with another resort for our transfer, getting us a very nice discount)!!. Such a lovely man, and made our stay feel that much more personal! Also Lyn, a very kind caring lady and last but not least Lassan, our waiter for every meal! Always smiling, always making sure your drinks are topped up, and just doing everything he can possibly do for us within the restaurant. Would go back to Dhonveli in a heartbeat, you feel so at home so quickly! Perfect place for relaxation, but also sooo much to do IF you wanted to! Personally I could spend my day watching the surfers out on Pasta Point and snorkelling around the beach looking at all the underwater wildlife!
