Property was at a very good location with a private beach. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very well-done and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was perhaps the most ideal, relaxing stay we have ever experienced. My husband actually sat still for several days, poolside, and read a book (!!!), dipped in the pool occasionally, slept in the shade, meditated on the ocean scene spread out before him (jet skis far enough in the distance to be interesting but not noisy, parasails colorfully dotting the warm blue skies against puffy white clouds). Breakfast was declicious with western and suburb local offerings—-and plenty of everything. Bar service was exceptional throughout the day. We dined on site one night and the menu, food, and service on the beach was, again, exceptional. The entire staff was all smiles and eager to please—-we felt so very welcome. And—drum roll: the turndown service each evening was charming! We would go out to dinner (the hotel is steps away from the throng of downtown Cenang with all it’s shopping and dining options) though the facility itself feels miles removed) and when we’d return to our room, the lights were dimmed, soft jazz was playing on the internet radio, the sheets were exquisitely “turned” with clever little tokens of paper messages about the weather forecast for the next day, suggestions of what to do, etc. It was like getting a fortune cookie on your bed (without the calories!). Speaking of calories, as part of the turndown service, they also provided large ceramic mugs with fixings for either tea or hot chocolate. And they always had a jar of peanuts and coconut cookies to nibble on throughout the day. And we strongly encourage folks to reserve a “high tea” at least one afternoon. Their tiered trays of savory and patisserie dainties was just as delightful as everything else. We originally considered staying at the hotel further north—-the one with the rooms out over the water. But we opted to be within walking distance of town/activity and we are so very, very glad with out choice. Casa Del Mar is an exceptional hotel and great value!

A clean property in a beautiful setting. A very friendly staff (We checked out in the morning, leaving the luggage at the resort. Our flight was in the late evening & we did sightseeing till afternoon. They allowed us access to a common restroom / bathroom when we went back to pick the luggage). Beautiful swimming pool.

Very efficient and clean. The best part were the staff, extremely helpful and go out of their way. My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.

Rommet var veldig stort, noe som var hovedgrunnen til at vi valgte dette hotellet. Det lå også nærme Telaga terminal, og flyplass. Hadde kun en natt her. Både bagasjen og vi ble kjørt til rommet, og ved utsjekking ble vi hentet til resepsjonen, noe som vi likte. Stor dusj. De har kjøleskap og safe. Vi fikk også litt sjøutsikt. Vi så også endel som jobbet rundt med vedlikehold, noe som er fint å se! Betyr at de tar vare på området. Er nok et greit hotell, men var ikke hotellet for oss.
