Fantastic resort and the Pool Villa is magical. Service is great and the property is beautiful with all the pools, decorations, lights and walkways. With a busy city outside the resort it was a fantastic oasis to enjoy.

What can I say? This is the Boathouse, probably the best hotel on Kata Beach and our favourite place to stay in Phuket. The freshly prepared breakfasts and dinners overlooking the beach, great facilities, helpful staff, pool set up, sunset views and beach location all add to the charm and pleasure of staying here. And let's not forget the fabulous food and beverages with great dining area. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with large comfortable beds and a decent TV selection for rainy days.

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby to the time of our departure, we were captivated by the incredible service provided by one of the hotel’s employees, named Aoh. Aoh was extremely kind and supportive, always greeting us with warm smiles and helping us with all out requests. His attentiveness made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The 5 stars go to him! We highly recommend this hotel!
