I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Wonderful design incorporates some elements of Italian and Portuguese decor. Very spacious room with high ceiling. Specifically enjoyed the shower with window facing the sea. Walking distance from Surin Beach. Delicious breakfast. Amazing infinity pool on the 6th floor with great view of the sea and the beach.

I was checked in very late night and reception was very welcome with smiling face. Thank you Miew for warm welcome . Also we got an upgrade to suite room , the room was good for a couple . Highly recommended !!! Lastly thank you Mai and Fah who were farewell us upon check out, we’ll be back again for sure !!!

Amenities: The staff were so polite and friendly - shout out to Anil for his excellent hospitality! Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very well cleaned every day, and the water bottles they supplied were much appreciated. Room was very large and had a refrigerator which was great for stashing drinks and fresh fruit. The swimming pool was refreshing and our family enjoyed using it just about every day during our two-week stay. The landscaping was very well maintained and had the tropical feel we were looking for. Location: The pace was much more relaxed in this part of Phuket. Very family friendly with a 6km long beach just across a small street (50 yards from hotel entrance). Additional conveniences were motorcycle rental, ATM, currency exchange, 7-11 convenience store, tour agent, massage parlors, and taxi stand right near the hotel entrance. Within a short walk, you have access to a dozen restaurants, a couple laundry services, a couple pharmacies, a fantastic little fruit store, and a couple dozen small shops.

Amazing location right on the water and just steps away from a minimart, massages, and delicious Indian and Thai food. Can order food and drinks poolside, with onsite massage, and plenty of daybeds to enjoy the weather and sunset. Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was really good with a huge variety of options and very high quality.
