Our experience at Palmalife has been absolutely unforgettable. The hotel is beyond gorgeous and the staff are incredibly hardworking, attentive, and professional, 24/7 going over and beyond to ensure guests have an incredible experience, and acting extremely quickly to solve any issue that may arise. Special mention to Sesil, who is a phenomenal guest relations professional, who arranged bookings for all the venues we wanted to visit, made recommendations for parties and events, and essentially read us and understood our vibe perfectly from the outset. She’s extremely reliable and responsive, and we’ll miss her! The lovely Arda and his team of waiters and waitresses at the restaurant also deserve a special mention. Oktay runs the department so well and lives to ensure attention to guests is top notch all the time. He’s worked in Bodrum for an exceptionally long time and he knows the town inside out. He’s so passionate about his job and dedicated, and the team always works with a smile on their faces. 10/10. Also, breakfast is open until noon! We’ll be back!

Everything was perfect we booked double room and before checked in we requested for extra bed on call since we didn't get the confirmation on booking.com for extra bed When arrived they upgraded our room to family room - so nice of them we booked all inclusive so enjoyed every bit of it food drinks everything avb and we enjoyed Lots of variety of food in breakfast /lunch /snacks and dinner. variety of salads and dessert we stayed 2 days and different dishes were avb in lunch and dinner Kids enjoyed nuggets and burgers in snack while swimming in the pool we really liked everything the staff was very helpful and guided us every time

Honestly, service was topnotch, without exception all hotel staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to provide a great holiday experience. We particularly enjoyed breakfast, swimming pool as well as great views from our rooms. Complimentary summer drinks were also something we really enjoyed during our stay, it was a perfect way to add some more joy to our holiday :) As expected, rooms were of high quality, spacious and well equipped. They are cleaned daily to a high standard. In fact, it was my second time visiting Mivara Bodrum. First time it was good but this time it was fabulous! No doubt that I will be back soon for another visit.

The resort view and landscape was wonderful. The staff very kind and cooperative specially Cieda (the reservation manager) she is very welling about the residents and helpful. The concierge person Sami was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was by the sea. The hotel is all inclusive and the food was delicious. Staff at the hotel were very professional. staff helped us a lot. The hotel has been completely renovated and everything has been done beautifully.The hotel had a pier on the beach and it was very enjoyable to jump into the sea and swim there.
