Beautiful, luxurious resort that impresses from the moment you drive up. The Arcadia Villa was huge, super comfortable, and felt like basically renting a whole residence without a kitchen. Staff, other than the person who first checked us in, was very friendly and helpful.

Well located on the quieter side of Scottsdale, assuming you have a car, all the attractions not more than 15-20 mins drive. The property was as shown on the website, clean and well appointed. Facilities on the resort were good and parking was right by our entrance.

I enjoyed my stay most of all because my room was pool side at North point I don't think I would have rated it as high if I was in the back parking lot? Front desk managers to the consiers amazing customer service very friendly housekeeping staff and you could tell the housekeepers were working very hard and they were very gracious. We got lucky with the pool bar opening up after covid our bartender Jim was definitely one of the best employees I've ever encountered. Forgive me for forgetting the names of the manager and the bellman attendant They're dining at the port hole was decent however we prefer the neighboring restaurants gallaghers and aunt choladas.. All of our destinations we wanted to visit were within 20 minutes of our hotel Fantastic location for tourists..
