The location and atmosphere were great, the food was delicious at all locations in hotel. The beds are the most comfortable. We had two other couples staying at hotel as well and they couldn't say enough about how comfortable the beds were.

We stayed at several Four Seasons hotels and honestly, Palm Beach is the best FS resort we ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond and was extremely attentive the whole stay. The property is beautiful - we dislike large hotels and the size of Palm Beach was perfection - sufficiently big so you don’t see other guests and private enough to relax and enjoy our time. The facilities were amazing, the beach was peaceful. There are no bad rooms at this hotel honestly, the views are stunning from any angle. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for making our stay a dream!

    The valet was terrible, watched one of the employees retrieving our vehicle almost crash it into another vehicle. Our bathrooms were dirty and one of the bedrooms had dirty pillows on the bed. The windows were filthy so we could enjoy the beautiful view through the windows since the balcony door was also unable to be opened. The resort staff did not want to be bothered with us and kept referring to the fact that they could help us as we booked with a third party.

    Had all the usual resort amenities. Restaurant on property and others only 0.7 miles away. Numerous bars on property. Beach is great….mostly sandy with an area of rocks right in the middle (not a big deal, just don’t swim or body surf near the rocks). Charged a resort fee and we could use lounge chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, paddle boards, had free Wi-Fi, etc. Really clean place. Great pools and water slide.
