The financial district was a good choice for us, walkable to waterfront and public transport station. Compared to other hotels in area the service charge / resort fee wasn’t excessive. Nice water on tap and complimentary hot drinks in lobby. Staff very friendly and stored luggage as well as moving room no problem when there was a noise issue.

Floor not swept, shower was dirty and there was hair on the bed. Thought maybe hair was the maids so i ignored it. Woke up to bug bites all over my legs and back!!!! The manager waived the resort fee as if that was adequate for the terrible experience! Don’t stay here.

The view from the 25th floor was amazing!

I've stayed at this hotel before but I've never enjoyed it more. And at a reasonable price, considering it's Nob Hill luxury location. I enjoyed the "high life".JohnYoung couple
