The impeccably maintained facilities provided a comfortable and luxurious haven. The staff at Vedana Lagoon consistently impressed me with their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth. Special recognition goes to Cristy and Đào, whose dedication to exceeding guest expectations was particularly noteworthy. Their kindness towards our children significantly enhanced our family vacation. The extensive breakfast buffet offered a delightful array of culinary options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. Beyond the exceptional service and culinary offerings, Vedana Lagoon boasts a world-class spa, offering the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. A significant added benefit of the resort is the complimentary shuttle service to Hué. This convenient service allowed us to seamlessly explore The Citadel of Hué. It is an exceptional ecolodge, a little bit outside of the city and the roads are being built so sometimes its bot the smoothest to get there, but the staff is super friendly and helpful.
