Excellent service not only for the hotel but the entire place was beautiful. A lot of green spaces, all the services and leisures were in the resort. Also the food was delicious and very kind people from the staff. The rooms were very clean. I'll recommend this place is beautiful and quiet.

Univers Resort mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Elbasan. This is the best in Elbasan. The rooms are nice and the staff are super helpful. They all go out of their way to satisfy customers. This will be my second home when travelling here. I highly recommend it
