The staff is super nice, the facilities are very good, the house was well equipped. The place is worth it. Everyone of us (5 adults + 1 baby) were delighted with the stay. Thanks again. Terence

Boasting accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, Journal aux Lacs-5pers is situated in Froid-Chapelle. The house was very well equipped. We brought our own oil, spices etc but everything was there. Lots of tourist info and games. Great terrace with deck chairs and cushions (for our one sunny day). We made excursions (Chimay, Thuin, ...) and evening walks along the lake.

The Chalet is very nice, has complete furniture and facilities. Beautiful christmas decoration in side and outside chalet. The owner provided a surprise gift for my husband who on that day had his birthday!

El Vayamundo Houffalize està situat a Ardenes. L'establiment ofereix WiFi gratuïta a les zones comunes, instal·lacions d'oci, espectacles en directe i habitacions amb TV i bany privat. - Staff was really forthcoming. - The room was prepped for someone with mobility limitations and was enormous with the best to offer (space, shower and beds adapted) huge veranda too. As a side-note: there was a party that made some noise in the -1 level restaurant, and when I complained it was duly noted. The next morning one of the managers (Cindy W.) did her best to appease us and suggest some type compensation. Really professional and with a smile.
