Beautiful, peaceful and tastefully decorated resort, 25min walk from the town away from the hectic tourist spots. Our stay was comfortable, the rooms were really nice, spacious and had lovely views. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to patiently trying to speak slow and clear Chinese to us beginners (English and apps also worked, communication overall good!). plenty of breakfast choices, also other meals provided. bikes can be rented just next door.

Ask them to take you on the half hour climb up to the old Qing Dynasty bandits lair in a cave high above the surrounding countryside, or to one of the ancient villages in the area. So much to see and do in the area, with some of the finest scenery in China.

The hotel is wonderful, the views, the breakfast is delicious and the food in the restaurant is excellent, the hotel staff and the boss are incredible, very attentive and helpful, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The activities in this area are endless so if you want to go, but you don't have planned activities, don't worry, the hotel staff has many activities to recommend and will help you plan it. Location was excellent for beach days, literally across the road. Breakfast buffet was really good, diverse range of dishes. I also ordered from the room service menu and the food was tasty and delivered promptly. The design of the hotel was elegant and made for a pleasant experience.
