The instructions to open the gate and the door were very clear. We found the place spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The castle is amazing and has been very well refurbished. Even if it did not have air-conditioning, the temperature was just fine. We were able to take our dog, and she loved running around the vast property. You can also walk down to the river. From the swimming pool you have a lovely view of the castle.
