The hotel suite was exceptionally lovely and well stocked with tea, coffee and snacks which kept our 2-year old happy. We also took a very large dog with us and the room was large enough for us all. The hot tub outside our room was a complete luxury and everything was very clean.

This is a hotel we love to visit it’s quiet bar is lovely and fir the price a little but if luxury with a fab breakfast

The location is superb, wonderful views and a beautiful building. The decor is delightful and the owners have paid attention to every detail there is a sense of real luxury and comfort. Without being at all intrusive Simon and Kirstie are available to help and ensure your stay is first rate. Bathrooms are amazing and breakfasts exceptional. This is perhaps the nicest place we have ever stayed in. We long to return!

This was one of the highlights of our Scottish adventure. Having camped in the wild for 3 nights, this was a beak from the norm in real luxury. The best campsite we stayed at by a country-mile. Fantastic facilities, super-clean; Angus was a brilliant host. Thank you

If you are looking for a family resort this is the place to go for entertainment and it had a games room. Came quite a surprise for us as from the photos on booking.com, we didn’t see any of the entertainment side. Wasn’t the relaxing holiday we expected. The room did have a fan to cool you down, however the room was that hot we had to wet cold towels and sleep with them on us. We did try and call reception a few times however no answer and just crackled for over a minute.

Immaculate and comfortable hotel in an absolutely dream location. Staff were impeccably friendly and everything you need is on site without feeling like a tourist resort. Wonderful place to stay.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nice to have access to the pool during stay. A fine pit stop but wouldn't want to stay much longer. A bit overpriced for what you get- if it was the luxury it promotes itself as you wouldn't mind but in reality the property is tired and dated.

What a lovely property in Oban. The luxury house has only five rooms (I assume) ours is called the Dungallan suite, with a direct view of the harbour. The house has a reading room, a bar where we tried different whisky and a dining room that offers great breakfast. Service is impeccable. Highly recommend, and we definitely will come back.
