An example was when our baggage was lost at the airport and they arranged a shuttle service for us in order to retrieve our luggage. It meant the world to us and can't thank you enough!

The 4-star Tholos Resort is situated in Imerovigli, one of the most beautiful villages in Santorini. Sitting on the cliff of the Caldera the hotel enjoys panoramic views of the sea and the volcano. everything!! the views, the room was lovely, the staff were really helpful looking after us breakfast on the balcony was superb the pool area was great to come back to just all in all a really special stay
