Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all highly efficient and friendly, they could not do enough to help us feel comfortable and relaxed. A special mention to our driver Chinju, who showed us around and helped us carry out an auspicious function. He made everything go smoothly and there was nothing for us to worry about. The hotel is in a prime location to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Munnar hills. This is a hotel where once you leave, you know you will definitely be back. Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. Impressive hotel with lots of things to do. The pool was amazing. Our toddler had a lot of fun at the playgrounds (indoor and outdoor). The room is modern, clean and comfortable. Good restaurants as well. Friendly staff. wholeheartedly recommend!
