Nicole was so helpful in providing us driving conditions the morning we left. We were a bit anxious about driving over the mountain again but she reassured us and all went smoothly. So helpful. Thank you, Nicole. The food (Icelandic specialties) was excellent and the beer was the best we had had in all of Iceland. We wish your resort and brewery all the best in the future.

Very nice small luxury hotel in the woods south of Egilsstadir with views of the lake from the outdoor hot tubs and restaurant. The two hot tubs have a very pleasant temperature. Bathrobe and slippers were offered for free. Spacious, modern and stylish ground-floor rooms with terrace, a small table and desk. Excellent breakfast, they even prepared fresh waffles and pancakes. Dinner was also great and freshly prepared in the open kitchen.

Imgine a mountain resort in a small fishing village by the sea with a hot spring spa/bath. We came here to see the puffins but it was too late and they were gone. Still the view from the way up/down the mountain col with lowland and the North Atlantic ocean was worth it. The room itself was clean and warm, shared kitchen available and restaurant (with breakfast included) downstairs. Fans of hot bath will be satisfied.

very nice resort. breakfast included was exellent. at night we cooked in a very nice spacious ktchen, only 7 mn drive from a colony of puffins there is a spa but we didn t use it.

Location was perfect. The appartement had everything we needed. It was als ver luxury. Fine beds, clean and comfortable shower. Great Place to stay

Did not have breakfast. There was no staff durning our stay. We had free run of the resort, it was excellent. We used the barbecue, dishes and cleaned up after ourselves.

This resort has everything you wish for, down to a brewery next door! Very clean, good ratio of sanitary rooms to bed rooms. Large kitchen (which we did not use). Great breakfast and good restaurant. We had harbor view, though we noticed some rooms only had a roof window. Vicinity of a puffin and seagull colony.

Fantastic place for birdwatching. Apart from puffins lots of migrating bird at the Resort. Friendly personnel and good restaurang and breakfast
