Featuring a restaurant and cafe on site, Blabjorg Resort is in the fishing village of Borgarfjordur Eystri, 71 km from Egilsstadir. The staffs especially Lindsey. How cheerful and helpful. The hot bath was overlooking the sea & the 3 different sauna’s were very clean & cozy.

Rural beauty, serene and off the beaten path. Like going under the rope at a museum and sleeping in the bed. Something spiritual about the place just made you want to slow down and be for awhile. Family dinners were a pleasant change to the hotel fare. Well worth the jog off the beaten path!
