Calm area, clean and well maintained flat, friendly personnel. The beach is a few minutes walk, there is a small shop open (even in September) nearby where you can buy basic food and bakery. On the ground floor there is a kids area with plenty of toys. The area is calmer than Rimini itself. Will definitely visit again.

This 3-star hotel offers a bar.... The hotel is beautiful, extremely well kept, and above all else, charming. The owner greeted me as I entered, shook my hand, asked for my name (and called me by name thereafter), and was quick to offer advice about the area and make pleasant conversation. This is a family that loves the business they run and they do it extremely well. Breakfast was wonderful with an abundant selection of fresh things, the room was cute, VERY clean and comfortable. Located less than 100m from the lovely lungomare and beach, and especially for the price, I don’t understand why anyone would stay anywhere else. I guarantee that anytime I’m in Cattolica I will stay here!

Flowed through the waves of the Adriatic Sea, situated in a favored and central area of the city Cattolica, "Villa Fiorita" dates back to the first years of 1900. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful and friendly. Lovely little apartment in a great location. Would come back in summer time as the pool area was closed due to time of year.
