We were invited to have dinner at the Trattoria Risol at a discount and had a marvellous meal and an exceptional breakfast there. The kindness of strangers made all the difference. Even though the weather was still a bit cold for a swim, it was lovely to relax in the solarium. Breakfast served in the room with the option to choose what you wanted was very handy too and good value for money.

We came in late due to delays, but they stayed up for us and welcomed us outside the main entrance. They even brought food to our room as the hotel restaurant and other restaurants in town had closed. They really do make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, feels modern and traditional at the same time. The hotel has absolutely all facilities one would need for a stay on the mountain. The breakfast was also exceptional. We stayed at several hotels throughout the alps and surrounding areas, and this hotel easily had the absolutely best breakfast.
