Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Open from August 2018, featuring Mount Asama views and a single-star Michelin restaurant, Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel and Resort is located in Karuizawa. We loved the stay. The staff and the place was wonderful!

The location is absolutely stellar, a beautiful lakeside spot. But even better than that are the staff, who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Will definitely book again.

El Karuizawa Asama Prince Hotel ofrece vistas magníficas al monte Asama y cuenta con un campo de golf de 18 hoyos y un spa. Loocation: is perfect, we had a car, it was easy to reach. Food: we had breakfast in the hotel, the food was delicious and had variety. Room: very spacious with view of Mt Asama and overlooking beautiful hotel grounds. The hotel has an onsen ( public bath).

Located in a tranquil area surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel offers a shuttle and a luggage delivery service between JR Karuizawa Station south exit and the hotel. The view from our room overlooking the pond was beautiful. It snowed the second day we were there and it was magical watching it snow and hang in the trees. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was warm, spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely, always helpful. The drinks available in the lounge after 5pm were great. The food was traditional and high class service.

El Sierra Resort Hakuba se encuentra en un bosque privado a 10 minutos en auto de la estación de tren JR Hakuba y alberga aguas termales al aire libre y sirve platos que fueron galardonados. Breakfast was incredible and the amenities are top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the resort and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Hakuba

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Clean, calm and the service is exceptional. The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.
