Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Very comfortable and spacious room, terrace looking to the lake. nice breakfast. Ted, our host was very helpful and hospitable. Short distance from the snow monkey park.

Offering a magnificent view of Mount Asama, Karuizawa Asama Prince Hotel features an 18-hole golf course and a spa. Loocation: is perfect, we had a car, it was easy to reach. Food: we had breakfast in the hotel, the food was delicious and had variety. Room: very spacious with view of Mt Asama and overlooking beautiful hotel grounds. The hotel has an onsen ( public bath).

Located in a tranquil area surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel offers a shuttle and a luggage delivery service between JR Karuizawa Station south exit and the hotel. The view from our room overlooking the pond was beautiful. It snowed the second day we were there and it was magical watching it snow and hang in the trees. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was warm, spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely, always helpful. The drinks available in the lounge after 5pm were great. The food was traditional and high class service.

Breakfast was incredible and the amenities are top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the resort and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Hakuba

Yatsugatake Grace Hotel offers aroma massages, a sauna and a hot public bath, a 5-minute ride from Nobeyama Station with the complimentary shuttle. Fuka-san served us with a big smile and very friendly service.

Located in the Kamikochi mountain resort, Kamikochi Lemeiesta Hotel features indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and spacious Western-style rooms with views of Mount Roppyaku. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Clean, calm and the service is exceptional. The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.
