And to the rest of the team—**Alan**, **Carlos**, **Elias**and everyone we encountered in the restaurants and bars—thank you for your kindness, exceptional service, and the way you always greeted us with a smile. The food, the views, the ambiance—all were incredible. But it’s the people that made Haven Riviera feel like a true escape. We left already dreaming of our return.

The hotel and property were terrific; they were among the best I have ever stayed in. The rooms were excellent and well, and the staff aimed to please. The food was out of this world. The buffet was one of the best I have ever been to. From the fresh fish daily to the fresh tacos.

We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!
