The Fort Resort is located in Nagarkot, 20 km from Kathmandu. The resort has a barbecue and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy a meal at the multi-cuisine restaurant and a drink at the bar. Magical location. Staff were exceptional. Best service ever. So so friendly and attentive. Was our best stay in Nepal. Thank you so much.

Easy to get to and you pass through some gorgeous forests on your way to the resort. Staff were friendly and alert. The property is well maintained and has a wide selection of food choices. The food itself was heavenly, having ordered everything under the sun with momos being my favourite! Lots of nearby activities to do including ziplining and hiking and the evenings were topped off with some stargazing from the roof top terrace.

Located in Kirtipur, 9 km from Swayambhu, Green Eco Resort provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel feels so clean and has an air of relaxation about it. The family showed great hospitality, made delicious food, and we were even lucky to be invited to a dinner party with their friends and family. It was delightful to meet their elder son Sagar, who was also extremely hospitable, was a very interesting partner for conversation, speaks great English, and answered many of our questions and explained many things about Nepal that nobody else was able to explain to us on this trip.

Beautiful serene property - such attention to detail!!! Wonderful Yoga and meditation classes, and salt cave. We would’ve loved to stay longer - will return for a longer stay. The views of the Himalayas, the well maintained grounds and secluded seating areas made it hard to leave the property….and to top it off, the staff went out of their way to make you comfortable.

Situated in Nagarkot and with Bhaktapur Durbar Square reachable within 14 km, Everest Manla Resort features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a... Amazing service, food and room. It has been the best so far on my trip. The service was polite, attentive and professional. The room was amazing, with mountain and sunrise view from the balcony and from my bed if I wanted. The hotel organised hiking through a local guide, Gourvinda, which was very professional, relaxed and informative. I have also organised Transformational Breath meditation in Bhaktapur. I wish I could have stayed longer Thank you guys and girls. It was beautiful.

Nepal Cottage Resortissa on ilmainen WiFi ja puutarha. Se sijaitsee Katmandussa 14 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Hanuman Dhokasta ja 1,3 km:n päässä Durbar-aukiosta. Stellar! Immaculately clean room. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Helpful, Kind and happy staff.

Hotel Mystic Mountain sijaitsee Nagarkotissa, 28 km:n päässä Kathmandusta. Lomakeskuksessa on ulkouima-allas, poreallas, ravintola ja grilli. Very good location, beautiful view (if not misty). Our room was spacious with a large exterior dining table and comfortable chairs. Very pleasant pool and jacuzzi. Spa facilities were also nice and affordable. Breakfast buffet was great. The lunch and diner a la carte were very good.
