It’s my second stay at Waiheke resort and I will definitely be back! There was a great vibe, had a great time at the free salsa class and Latin party! The staff were awesome too!

Kawai Purapura Yoga Retreat Centre sits on 19-acres of beautiful native bush in north Auckland. The property was exactly as described and that is why I have given it a 10. It is secluded and quiet and there are some permanent residence there and they were all very helpful. There was good communication after booking. Reception is not always manned but there is a key box and they send the details to your e-mail or through booking. The property is what you imagine a yoga retreat would be. The room I had was very basic but clean and 100% as described. Very clean linens and I found the bed comfortable eventhough I am no longer use to sleeping in a single bed. Wifi worked well and there was plenty of showers available for use.
