Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

Located just 20 minutes outside Rotorua city centre, Ramada Resort by Wyndham Rotorua Marama is situated on the edge of Lake Rotorua and the Ohau Channel. Love everything about the resort. Comfy beds, warm rooms with heater in each room and heat pump in the living room, clean and well equipped amenities. The location isn't in the city centre, which makes it very peaceful. Value for money, too! We highly recommend this resort and would love to come back here again during summer.

VR Rotorua is enriched in ethnic history. It is at this location where the First Māori settlement was established in the region by Ihunga and his dog. Lovely view of the lake. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly. We had a discounted breakfast which we hadn't expected.

Located on the shores of Lake Rotorua, this luxury hotel is just a 3-minute drive from Rotorua Airport. A free chauffeur is available and there is an outdoor swimming pool. The room was comfortable, neat and spacious. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the staff friendly. Clean linen and towels with coffee and tea making facilities in our room. It was great to have a small fridge too.
