It was good for a quick stay, if you’re looking for luxury accommodation this isn’t it but for what they charge it’s what you’d expect. It not far from the shops either which was handy.

Brilliant location .. comfy, clean modern motel room ..separate quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Stunning views of the mountains and lake, stylish well equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the accessories you need. The luxury of a sparkling clean private hot pool. This motel exceeded our expectations both in quality and price. Such a wonderful affordable stay without any compromise.

I've stayed at Taupō Debretts Spa Resort before and it consistently impresses. The WiFi is available and stable across the property, which is a huge plus. The rooms are designed like individual villas, providing the comfort and space of a whole house. Additionally, we received a 50% discount on the Hotpools as guests, which was fantastic. I also appreciate the heated floors, which keep the room cozy and warm during cold weather. Highly recommend!

Location, kitchenette in the room, facilities in the spa resort. Room description says with lake view but from our room you won't really see the lake. Trees are blocking it.

A basic family resort, bed was comfy, there was aircon and it's in a nice location. Pools were nice.

Proximity to Debretts Spa, Taupo Hilton and town. Spa Resort is something else! Loved it!

There is nothing wrong with the Resort, everything is absolutely beautiful my husband, my daughter n I we are so excited n happy to stay there for 2 nights. The views so beautiful we enjoy the fresh air from Taupo Debretts Spa Resort.

Great place to stay. We were there on a business trip, and would take a break and bathe in the hot water at the spa resort. Beautiful place. And amazing tidy rooms.

Friendly, efficient and a great restaurant next door. Spa resort a huge bonus. Great for kids too with a fab play area too which we will return to with the Grandies next time.

I'd stayed at a different motel the previous night which had a much smaller room. Grandeur Thermal Spa Resort was like a palace by comparison and more or less the same price. Instead of being stuck in a tiny hotel room, I was able to luxuriate in a whole unit here. There was plenty of space, it was clean, tidy, warm and confortable. It's worth the two or three minutes drive away from the centre of town to this motel so that you have space, a sofa to relax on and a separate bedroom. Very economical and impressive.
