As Canadian golfers pursuing the links, Trevor arranged for us to join a golf tournament at the Nopera golf course. This required a short boat water ride across the gorgeous sound by equally kind and generous Kiwis Ang and Christopher- who were playing in the tournament. While we scooted across the sound our guides pointed out features around the shore which were not in any guide books. Trevor arranged a delicious dinner for us upon our return which put the fresh in freshly caught. Our chefs were an engaging young couple who prepared a delicious meal. This place is not to be missed in any trip to New Zealand.

Staff was professional and helpful. The best part of the place. And we really enjoyed the restaurant. We had both dinner and breakfast, and meals were some of the best we had on our trip.
