The Concorde De Luxe Resort - Prive Ultra All Inclusive is located 10 km from Antalya Airport and offers 24-hour front desk service and free public parking is possible on site. From beginning to end, everything was perfect. I have to mention that our trip was made so much better thanks to the guest relations specialist, Hilya, she is the best. We were surprised that there was no AC because in Turkey now (late November), it's classed as winter but for us Northerners, it was still too hot but she sorted us out with some fans. We also had an issue with the spa but she resolved it for us. The staff were lovely, the room was so comfortable and the facilities were crazy good. I would 100% recommend this place and if I ever go to Antalya again, I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you Hilya!

We stayed for the New Years holidays and had a lovely time. I found the food to be of very good quality and the staff did an excellent job. My daughter had a wonderful time in the mini club and with the entertainment team.
