Good location, bigger than expected, full kitchen, friendly staff. Patio was a nice size and super clean- normally I’m a little squeamish about hotel patios because of bugs and spider webs, but you could tell they actually clean theirs, not a spider web in sight!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel just really beautiful. The room was spacious and comfy. For all of us it was definitely one of the best hotel experiences we had in recent years.

The property is 2 miles away from downtown Neenah.... The room was a real surprise in it's size and amenities. We had the suite, but for a BW it really exceeded expectations. Been coming up to Christmas Mt. for over 20 years. I've seen many changes, improvements. My adult children grew up coming here several times a year & now I continue with grandchildren. Happy to FINALLY see the indoor slide open & the hot tub. Countless times both have been closed. Clubhouse staff was excellent this trip. Great weekend getaway!!!
