Phong nha is a must see area! And the farmstay is a great relaxing place to stay. It’s more like a relaxed boutique hotel vibe than a ‘farmstay’ in my view. But you do look out on farms being worked:) the staff were so helpful and great and we loved exploring the region each day (caves are incredible and the national park is beautiful) then coming back the farmstay at night

Nguyen Shack - Phong Nha Resort offers private bungalows in Phong Nha National Park. The property boasts a garden and lake view. Beautifully situated at a lake with good food and very helpful staff. The private balcony and its view are a particular highlight. If you like it a bit further from the bustle of Phong Nha hostels, this is a perfect place.

Situated in Dong Hoi, 200 metres from Nhat Le Beach, Gold Coast Hotel Resort & Spa features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Hotel has nice spacious rooms with balconies (though there was no seating on them). Beautiful views over the pool area and ocean. Pool area was nice and clean and towels provided. Hotel restaurant was good too and the bar downstairs produced some amazing and fresh cocktails for us.

Situated on the banks of Dong Suon Lake, Phong Nha Lake House Resort features a 24-hour front desk, a business centre and free parking on site. Lake view is wonderful. Staff also very kind. Make sure you stay more than 1 night as lots to do and we regret having such a short stay.

Great sized room, with excellent pool and ocean views just steps away from the large pool. Pool was clean and had infinitely views over the ocean. Poolside/ beach bar served very good value drinks from extremely friendly staff. Good WiFi even by pool. A very relaxing stay, highly recommended
