The Location, the vibe, the staff, the food, the room itself. Everything was just perfect. The area itself and all the ricefields right in front of and behind de complex are beatiful (aswell as the thousands of ricefields everywhere around in the area) everybody was so friendly. The staff was very attentive and helped with everything. the locals on the street were always smiling and waving, children were giggeling and blushing. we felt really great and welcome.

Amazing property, very cool design with gorgeous views of rice paddies, and great access to the local area. Staff was great too! Loved the net canopy over the bed to protect from bugs and lovely bathroom. Also very clean.

The room was beautiful, the private pool was clean and refreshing. The dinner was very tasty, I recommend the duck! The staff were the best part of our stay. They were so kind and really went above and beyond to help us, especially when the power was out.

El hotel era precioso y la localización del hotel en un arrozal era maravillosa, todo fue perfecto. La atención de Lan nuestro recepcionista fue genial, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitábamos.

El Puluong Retreat está situado en la región de Pu Luong y ofrece un alojamiento tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza y la exuberante vegetación. El entorno es espectacular (esperemos que no lo exploten demasiado....). El desayuno es correcto y la carta y menus en el bar/restaurante son completas. De visitar nuevamente la zona, seguramente lo volvería a escoger.
