We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhen checking in they had 2 staff only and it took very long to check us in and same thing during checking out they had only 1 staff at reception so had to wait and had to tell him we rushing to the airport. So they need to have more staff at reception. The shower should have a curtain so water doesn't spill everywhere and on the toilet too.

United Arab EmiratesAlthough there wasn’t any problem, it would have been better if it wasn’t a connecting room. Also, I had trouble casting my Netflix app in the tv. I would’ve also preferred a just a shower room, without the bathtub. Breakfast is great, however I think there were less options compared to my last stay (Dec 2024). Anyhow, they’re just minor inconveniences that didn’t really affect my stay that much. Looking forward to checking in again!
As always, I love how clean, comfortable, and quiet the room is. The creekside view is always a wonder to see.
