All services This is the second time i stayed here The staff are amazing , I had wonderful time Special thanks to : MAYAR ABU AMRA 💗 I rebooked my second stay due her special treatment and commitment in my first visit even after I left 💗 She helped me to prepare surprise to my sister while arriving to our room she was consistently make sure that we are satisfied whenever we met her in the lobby 💜 Thank you again ! Thank you to the reception staff 💗 MAYAR ADEL AYMAN for the friendly welcome and great service. HOTEL Team and services really made my stay more enjoyable!

Staff had smiling face and were very kind. Location was good, near the gold souq and shopping centers, but was far from the metro, it was 5 minutes walk to metro under hot weather. Breakfast could be more than the existing but was almost good.

Great value for money! Quiet enough to focus on work, yet lively outdoor area with varieties for dining and recreation. Clean room, beautiful and green garden and a very pleasant staff. Definitely will visit again!

The staff was horrible they so rude from the reception to the club staff this specially was unacceptable and finally the concierge whose bringing the car we wait around 1 hour to get the car
