We had a great stay, the staff were all very friendly and helpful 🙂 The hotel is well located, just 10‘ on foot from Sharaf metro station and there is a supermarket right in between so all very convenient. The room was very spacious and we found the kitchen and washing machine practical even for a short stay. The breakfast buffet is diverse and haft of it is changing daily so we could try different things.

While I totally understand the need to conserve energy and do our part for Mother Earth, I have to admit—I skipped checking out the gym this time because... well, the stairs! 😅 I told myself I’d take a look, but let’s be honest—if I actually used the gym, I’d probably be too worn out to take the stairs afterward. Hopefully I’m wrong, and maybe next time I’ll be brave enough to give it a try. 😂

Kudos to Kristine and Kartik! I've never experienced such a genuinely friendly and warm approach before. From the moment I arrived until the time my aunt and I left, they were incredibly helpful and attentive. Their kindness truly stood out and made a lasting impression on me. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, making this the best hotel experience I've had so far. I've been trying out different hotels in Dubai, both alone and with company, but none have come close to the level of service and hospitality I received here. In fact, I can't even recall the names of the receptionists at places like Savoy Crest and other hotels — but Kristine and Kartik made sure their names stayed with me. They truly made a difference Will be back very soon this coming holiday!

Little bit noisy but not much. Could take drinks to pool area even tea or soft drink.

awful air conditioner that starts working whenever it started to work (especially in the middle of the night) and very very cold.

The hotel is 10 mins from metro station, nice room, wonderful breakfast

Unfortunately we only had warm water in the shower .

Breakfast was good , restaurant evening meals very nice and good value for money . Courtesy bus to beach was nice . Staff good we were not happy with our room so they moved us .
