The Gym was very small but then the sister hotel 5 minutes walk away had a better gym which was open 24 hours a day and free for me to use.

Good location and close to everything you need. Burjuman Shopping Mall nearby. Good selection of breakfast.

Noisy at night but cannot be helped. Some noisy neighbours who had no care for other residents. Parking is tight but available for residents.

Location is brilliant of you want to stay in the old part of Dubai- Karama, Bur Dubai, Sharjah - it was convenient to get around from and to. A 10 minute walk to the Burjuman metro and mall. The staff are absolutely fantastic, polite and professional. Shreekanth (apologies for not spelling your name correct) and Nicole and reception were amazing at their jobs. Imran the concierge chap was very helpful and always provided a service with a smile. I loved the fact that it has 24 hour staff at reception. The rooms are spacious and well kitted out for home cooking. Cleaning is excellent and they also offer room service. I used the Roof top services and housekeeping opened the sauna and steam room for me which was really sweet. There is a swimming pool and terrace. Pleasantly happy with the room, location and quality of Savoy Suites. The location has lots of mainly Indian restaurants and cafes. Thank you for making my stay great !

Staff were not proactive about the tour packages specially the front office people, they have not approached me for any tour including park, mall visit requirement although I've been querying the same before coming down from India. They are very reluctant to do marketing for the property, simply they are doing window shopping job.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My flight came in early and the Front Desk Manager was exceptionally helpful to arrange an early check-in for me. I'm very grateful for this. The location was also great and it's 8mins walk to metro station and there's shuttle service in the morning to the metro station. In summary, the staff were all excellent.

This is our second visit Dubai and our second time at this property and we just love this place because of the location and the proximity to places of interest. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen utilities along with a washing machine is great.

Rooms are as in the photo. I recommend it for the big families. One thing is there are no good parks nearby but I guess it is more about Dubai city itself. There are very less green areas in the city.

The location is not great because it is 10min walk from the metro station. Rooms were not super clean, it could have been cleaner.

We didn't use the transfer to la mer beach because the departure from the hotel and back was too early for us, but that's not even a complaint, more a point to consider.

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and large enough for a family of four, the pool was clean and nice, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to the metro (green and red line) and bus stops. Wifi was also OK. We all really liked it and would definitely stay here again next time.

Great staff and a very nice budget apartment hotel. The breakfast was good, though a bit more variety would have been nice. However, for the price, it was still a good and continental option. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, a huge shoutout to them for making it a great experience!
