We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Australialoundry is at top floor and to pay by coins for that so we could not do that there was no lift.
It was very pleasant stay and near to all tour bus stops and not to miss with in free tram zone. All was good. Staff was very helpful. .

AustraliaNo elevator, so had to use the stairs. Fortunatly my knees haven't gone yet, but it was still a bit of a struggle at some points. Evening noise from nieghboring business (i.e. pub below or across the street) usually wound down a little after 10pm.
Location to my conference was good. Room was clean. I booked the only room with an ensuite and glad I did. The code system and key release for after hours checkin went well.

JapanAt some point if the night, there were some drunk people screaming in the middle of the streets and it was a bit noisy. But in general, it was mostly quiet. One of the communal bathroom shower was broken and there was constantly water pouring out of it.
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was situated in a very safe and convenient location in the city center of Melbourne. It was connected to many tram lines all day long. Of course it’s not a luxury hotel but for its good affordable price, the hotel offered everything I needed. Big thanks go to the friendly receptionist Paul who was very helpful and provided me with a lot of useful information. He even let me borrow Myke Card for a few days which was super helpful too! Thank you so much!!! The check-in/ out process was also very easy and smooth. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Melbourne!
