Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hallway carpet on floor we were at was roughly coming off and could be a danger as almost fell over when footwear got stuck.
Staff. Gil of Reception was very welcoming a d helpful in every way.

Plug for tub was elusive. Found the kitchen plug worked if placed upside down. View of a brick wall was depressing but it’s just for sleeping so I shut the blinds.
Clean and quiet. Cozy bed. Bathtub. Access to a gym.

Great location, on the edge of the free tram line around the city with plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. The apartment was great value for money too

The cheap crappy mattress topper didn't stay in place and the sheets didn't tuck in so it was a very uncomfortable first night sleep. Once we took it off and remade the bed it was fine. Also very minor but the waft of fried smell from next door every time we left the building was a little unpleasant.
The location was super central and the price was amazing for a 5 night stay. It was great to have a kitchen with everything we needed. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The kitchen facilities were tired with burn and stain marks over the bench and damage to the floor. Overall the unit was clean but looked worn, tired and would benefit from updating.

Microwave oven was placed too high for me ( 165 cm) to operate safely. Had to climb up on chair to reach controls. ( not good for 84 yr old). Shower over bath not ideal. Otherwise all was top class.
Location excellent, well appointed kitchen, super comfortable king size bed and great pillows, nicely furnished.

A bit run down and needing attention but the location is really good. There is a noisy Bar. / Club across the lane 😲 so a non lane front room is best Good price and nice staff. Not for everyone but we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Apartment was clean and tidy, just the bathroom was a bit rundown - still clean though. Laundry not in the apartment, was situated in cupboard by elevator, also requiring to pay for washing machine.
Location was great, around the corner from cafes & restaurants. Apartment was spacious and clean & tidy just a bit old/dated.

There was a bad smell in the carpet as we came out of the lift on level 5. We couldn't determine if it was cat or human pee. Thankfully, it was only in one spot and didn't transfer further down the common hall or into our apartment. The dishes in our kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly by the last guest and seemed not to have been checked. A staff member took them and cleaned them for us without fuss.
It's the location that makes this place worth staying at. It was great to be able to duck 'home' in the middle of the day and head out again without effort. The staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable. Despite being in a very busy area, the apartment was very quiet and east to rest in.
