Woolrich is the most gorgeous house. It's beautiful. Wooden floors, wooden furniture, white walls, brown leather couch, grey fabric chairs, big windows, beautiful view, magical garden, 2 baths, 1 jacuzzi. 10/10 would reccomend. Totally romantic.

Communication was super easy and wonderful and they accommodated well as we were arriving late at night after our wedding ❤️ The host left a beautiful breakfast basket and sparkling for us to enjoy. The cottage was full of amenities and beautifully set up, and the indoor jacuzzi was phenomenal. We will definitely be back for another stay

One word - Superb. We stayed in the King suite which had everything you could require plus more. It was really one of the best stays we've ever had. Great for a romantic getaway or just to chill out.

There needs to be railings for the stairs for safety.

The cottage was self contained all cooking facilities were available to use. Comfortable king size bed ,large bathroom with spa very good hamper for breakfast. Cosy fireplace with a glass of port. Friendly and helpful staff .

We loved everything about this beautiful and charming cottage. So well decorated with a French touch in an art deco style. The surroundings are simply amazing with shops, bars and restaurants a few minutes away and lovely walks on doorstep. I highly recommend it for a family or a romantic gateway.

Beautiful period property, very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a lovely indoor spa. Fantastic location next to the lovely Cloudehill Gardens (free entry during stay) and opposite the National Rhododendron Gardens.

We have stayed at Woolrich on previous occasions and been very happy with the location. It is close to the gardens we wish to visit. We always take our own breakfast but used the goodies for an evening meal.

A stunningly beautiful place to stay. From your balcony, you can have breakfast and look at the gorgeous gardens. Then you can walk down through and see the beautiful forest. The spa is huge and fantastic. Lovely living room. Well-equipped kitchen. It was truly a joy to stay so immersed in nature. The hosts were lovely too. Thank you.

There are instructions for things so adding how the DVD player connects and which remotes to use would have been helpful.

Loved the house, felt comfortably luxurious and not at all "precious". As two friends who were travelling together we both enjoyed our rooms and our fantastic ensuites that had a lovely deep bath in each room so the fact that the hot tub spa was broken (we did get a discount) was no issue. The kitchen was well provided for in terms of cooking utensils and lovely crockery etc. Nespresso machine and were left quality breakfast items. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillow options and the electric blankets and ducted heating were fabulous and there was a log fire too! We couldn't work out how to work the DVD player as there were a nice selection of DVDs so some instructions would have been helpful but we easily watched Prime Amazon channel instead. Amazing that you can access the Cloudehill gardens anytime and we loved our late afternoon walk after we had checked in at 3pm and had a cup of tea and then a wander. The light is beautiful in the afternoon. And it normally costs $10 to get in so such a treat!

Beautiful property located amongst the trees of cloudehill. Gorgeous location with plenty of stunning flora to explore. Very clean and well presented. The spa bath and fireplace were highlights. Cannot thank the hosts enough for catering to our dietary needs.

Property is quite old and need renovation esp the floors as it kept squeaking all the time.

Location, walking to Olinda Tea House, Gardens… Hot tub and Jacuzzi was really nice giving good time for kids.. brekkie deal was a bonus. Owner is lovely and very helpful.

- The jacuzzi cover really needs to be replaced. If has mould, something that other guests have also mentioned. This led to me developing a severe asthma cough. My partner and in-laws were also coughing. - Although the accommodation is largely clean, there are some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the wardrobes. - The ventilation above the stove top isn't working.

- The surrounding gardens are really beautiful. As guests, you have free admission to Cloudehill Gardens (next door) which was a highlight. Normally entry is $12.50 per person! - The breakfast options are generous: eggs, avocado, fresh bread, pancake batter and muesli. Kitchen is well stocked. - I saw some beautiful birds on the balcony in the morning. - Owners are very quick to respond to any queries.
