Nice big room, comfortable beds and pillows. Art on the walls and the hotel interior's wood structure and layout was quite nice.

In room jacuzzi was clearly not clean when we walked in...cleaning staff had already left for the day so I had to get some cleaning supplies from the front desk and clean it myself. The mini fridge freezer was almost a complete block of ice and it was clear the freezer door and a few shelves needed a better cleaning as well. Dust was pretty think on the shelf above the clothes rack and on the headboard of the bed. Key cards to the room.kept having problems. Had to have the frint desk redo them twice in one day.

Breakfast was not opened on time as indicated during check in. Waited for breakfast on Saturday passed 7am and it was not served.

Staff at front desk was not helpful. Went to asked for towels and was told that there was none. He said that they were short staff and no one was there to do the laundry so he can not grab new towels for us.

Hallways need air conditioning, they felt so stuffy and smelled so much like cigarettes. Rooms need to be cleaned better I seen dust on my counters looked like it had not been dusted off in a while, and one of my towels was dirty. Also the room also felt so stuffy when we walked in and smelled really bad. We asked for our room to be cleaned after our second stay and nobody cleaned it until we asked again.

Value for money wasn't adequate. Felt a bit like a better camping bungalow - thin walls, tiny shower/bathroom. Breakfast was served in a big community rooms.
