The room was very well isolated soundwise, but the light from the street was very bright despite the dark shades. An issue that is easily solvable with a sleep mask.

Extremely heavy doors and windows that slam shut if you just let them close by themselves, which most guests do.

Everything was great. The room is perfectly organized, every detail was taken care of. Extremely comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, the accommodation is in the middle of the shopping area, many restaurants, hotels and shops. There is a station nearby that allows connection with all parts of the city. The Tiergarten park is only a 10-minute walk away.

Good location, good rooms and facilities. It’s unfortunate that there was no breakfast possibility as we were actually returning to this hotel for the amazing breakfast among other reasons. Streets can be noisy but that’s a consideration that you have take into account when wanting to be in the heart of Berlin

The lighting in both the room and bathroom could have been improved, especially around the mirrors and shower. Additionally, there were no cleaning supplies available for small spills, like drinks etc.

Amazing! The room was modern and stylish, with great bathroom amenities (even the shampoo was excellent). The hair dryer was really appreciated. The location was fantastic, with plenty to see and do nearby. I especially loved the cozy seating area by the window, perfect for relaxing before heading out for the evening. Bed was also very comfy. The coffee and tea station was a lovely touch, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the locker room on the 5th floor was very convenient for storing my suitcase after the check-out.

Although I travel a lot, it's been a long time since I've stayed in such accessible, easy-to-use, simple but comfortable, spacious accommodation. I am particularly pleased that they do not clean every day. The communal room on the top floor is also great for spending time.

A dystopian travel experience. Humans, at least I think they’re humans, are occasionally spotted on the ground level headed toward the door. Other than that, all interaction is through AI chat, a friendly avatar who seems genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. Utilitarian in the extreme, and I imagine that might work very well for some. Think in monochrome, black and shades of grey, with metal & glass, and durable plastic carpet. All very efficient, indeed. Cameras and access codes. One gets the feeling Big Brother is watching. Travel with zero unpredictability. And sometimes, that is quite good, depending. Lovely neighbourhood and perfect location, to be sure. Good for those seeking anonymity, at a good price.
