The bathroom fan made a very intrusive noise although. once we';d worked out what it was, it wasn't too bad as it stopped once the light was off.

Only a short ride from the ferry, it had good bike storage and relaxed friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic.

WiFi is really slow, especially in the evening, almost impossible to watch any video or streaming via their WiFi. The bar is closed.

Breakfast is good. Very friendly staff and offered us blanket and bowls for our dogs, which is a big plus! Hotel equipment and vibes are great.

We used the sauna a lot and like to read while relaxing but this was very difficult because the lighting was very dark so it was impossible to read without having to use light from a torch or mobile phone. This was a snag to what was otherwise and excellent sauna. A couple of small thing which needs to be fixed: The toilet roll holder, while looking very smart is actually trash and is breaking out of the wall. They need to use a design which has a bigger plate behind it. The same goes for the soap holder which is mounted in the wrong place so that eventually, water will seep into the wall and cause problems. This should be mounted higher, out of line of the shower. The fridge did not go cold even though the light was on. The pillows were a bit strange. At the entrance to the hotel there were two large rubbish bins. These should go somewhere else. Also confusing was that the flags were by the car park entrance where there was no main door. The main door looked, in comparison, rather insignificant.

Excellent location at the town centre. Nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good; the egg and sausages were not hot. Lovely sauna. Nice to have toilet separate from the bathroom. Staff friendly. Good access from Kelheim to Regensburg. Free parking not too far away. Lovely walks along the many rivers. Also a visit to the Liberation Hall (Friedenshalle) is a must! There is a very good tourist information office at the crossroads in the town. Regensburg has a very good tourist tram which is well worth going on because it gives you a quick way to get an overview of the city. Regensburg also has many good second hand shops if you like that.

Good hotel with a lot of facilities. Very close to the bus stop and cruise. Breakfast was good and big, but a bit expensive in my opinion. We got top floor attic rooms with no AC. In summer it was very difficult . They have foosball, billiards and a decent workout gym. Overall good.

The hotel reception is rarely staffed and the ground floor feels like a bit of a ghost town as a result. This is also added to as there is music played in the corridors upstairs but not at reception. The hotel has a wellness centre but you need to go in advance to ask for access - this is for energy saving purposes, which I understand but I think it defeats the point if you have to search for someone to use it. The shower head could really do with a de-scaling also.

The hotel is in a good location to access the Donau and for exploring Kelheim. The room was really spacious and the free mini bar is a really nice touch. The bed was really comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. Overall it was good value for money.

EVERYTHING! Absolutely everything. The room was full of bugs, full of spiders and spider webs, the toilet was dirty and had a lot of “hairs” on everything. There were “man reproductive fluids” on the bed. We got to see 2 rooms because after the first one we wanted to be moved to an another one, both of the rooms stank and had loads of spider webs.

Absolutely nothing! The only thing I liked was when I got out of that Hotel.
